We Are Currently Hiring:

Full-Time Bartenders (2+ Years of Cocktail Bartending Experience Required)

Position Overview:

We are seeking talented, experienced bartenders with at least 2 years of cocktail bartending experience, a keen attention to detail, and a passion for growth in their craft. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills and develop in a friendly, multicultural, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.

Requirements:

• A valid visa for full-time bar work (we do not sponsor visas).
• At least 2 years of bartending experience in a cocktail bar.
• Fluency in Japanese or English.
• A minimum of conversational Japanese ability to receive training in Japanese.
• A genuine passion for bartending as a career.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails and various liquors.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• An interest in expressing Japanese culture through hospitality.
• Humility and a willingness to adapt.

Responsibilities:

• Craft cocktails and drinks with passion and precision.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar.
• Collaborate with bartenders, floor staff, and management to foster a cohesive, ego-free work environment.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines, including responsible alcohol service practices.

Working Hours & Days:

• Various shifts available (details will be provided during the interview).
• Flexible schedules are a plus; additional compensation will be provided for longer shifts.
• Two days off per week.

Compensation:

Starting from 350,000+ JPY per month, depending on experience.

Important Notes:

• A 3-month probationary period applies to all employees.
• We do NOT sponsor visas. The following visas are ineligible: Humanities, Engineering, Working Holiday, Instructor, etc.
• A valid visa for bar work is required (e.g., Japanese Nationals, Permanent Resident, Spouse of Japanese National, Spouse of Permanent Resident, Long-Term Resident, etc.).
• Salary, working hours, and days are open to negotiation.
• Our current operating hours are Wednesday to Sunday, 2 PM – 11 PM, with plans for future adjustments.
